Title: Thai Peanut Slaw

Yield: 8 Servings

1 Head Nappa Cabbage, shredded
1 Cucumber, chopped
1bnGreen onions, sliced
1/4cSalted peanuts, chopped
1tbSesame Seeds
2cBean sprouts
DRESSING
1/2cSalted peanuts; very finely ground
1 1/2tsSugar
1tbRed pepper flakes
1tsFresh garlic; finely chop
1tbPeanut Oil
3tbRice vinegar or vinegar
1tbSoy sauce

In large bowl combine all salad ingredients. In small bowl stir together all dressing ingredients. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Yield: 8 servings.
